High School English Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate High School Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in Biology, while fostering a positive learning environment. This role requires strong communication skills, effective behavior management techniques, and the ability to engage students in their learning process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
• Assess student progress through regular evaluations, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Utilize behavior management strategies to maintain a respectful and productive classroom environment.
• Provide tutoring support for students needing additional help in understanding complex concepts.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to create interdisciplinary projects that enhance student engagement.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding academic performance and behavioral issues.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.

Experience

• A degree in Education or a related field is required; higher education teaching experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in teaching advanced mathematical concepts including Differential Equations is desirable.
• Strong proofreading skills to ensure all instructional materials are accurate and free of errors.
• Previous experience in tutoring or mentoring students is highly valued.
• Ability to calculate and analyze data related to student performance metrics.
