High School Math Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Algebra II, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus aligned with curriculum standards
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and projects, providing timely feedback
• Develop and implement instructional strategies that accommodate diverse learning styles
• Maintain a positive classroom environment conducive to learning and student growth
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices
• Participate in school meetings, professional development, and extracurricular activities as needed

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field; teaching certification a plus
• Proven experience teaching Algebra II, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus at the high school level
• Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and effective instructional techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and engage students in learning complex mathematical topics
