- Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Physics to high school students (CBSE board) in alignment with NCERT syllabi.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physics; B.Ed. mandatory (as per CBSE norms).
- Master’s degree in Physics (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and NCERT textbooks.
- Excellent communication and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to engage students through experiments, demonstrations, and digital tools.
- Proficient in using smart boards, educational software, and presentation tools.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and interactive classroom activities.
- Conduct practical sessions in the Physics laboratory; ensure safety procedures are followed.
- Assess student performance through class tests, assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Provide additional academic support to students who require clarification or remedial teaching.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods including ICT tools, simulations, and models.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and academic planning sessions.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages inquiry, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Support the school’s academic and co-curricular initiatives.
