Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee daily operations of the High School with clarity and vision
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and academically rigorous environment that empowers students to thrive
• Support and mentor teachers to strengthen instructional practices and ensure high standards across all subjects
• Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff to cultivate trust and shared purpose
• Lead strategic planning, professional development, and school improvement initiatives aligned with AUS’s mission
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and uphold the values of our school community

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
• Proven experience in high school leadership and administration
• Strong knowledge of American curriculum and international school practices
• Passion for empowering students and fostering teacher growth
