High-Ticket Inbound Sales Representative – Law Firm (Remote/Virtual)

Compensation: $25–$35/hr base + performance bonuses

Delgado Entertainment Law is a fast growing boutique law firm focused on entertainment, music, and creative business law.

Our firm receives high-intent inbound leads daily from our legal education platform, including our 160,000+ subscriber YouTube channel where business owners learn how to protect their brands, contracts, and intellectual property.

Potential clients call us because they already trust our expertise. Your role is to guide those conversations and convert the right callers into consultations and clients.

This is not cold calling. Every lead has already expressed interest in legal help.

The Role

We are looking for a confident inbound sales professional who thrives on turning conversations into signed clients!

You will conduct free case evaluation calls, identify client needs, handle objections, and guide qualified leads toward scheduling consultations, or directly engaging, with our attorneys.

If you enjoy fast-paced phone sales, solving problems for people, and closing deals, you will thrive in this role.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct inbound free case evaluation calls with potential clients
  • Identify client needs and recommend the appropriate legal consultation
  • Confidently discuss consultation and engagement fees and next steps
  • Handle objections professionally and guide callers toward decisions
  • Follow up quickly with warm leads via email and phone
  • Track leads and outcomes in our CRM system (Monday.com)

  • Book20–40 consultations per week
  • Follow up quickly with every warm lead (speed is KING at our firm)
  • Maintain strong organization and pipeline management
  • Consistently convert inbound calls into booked consultations

Requirements

  • 2+ years of phone-based sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Strong objection handling and conversational skills
  • Excellent organization and follow-through
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment

Legal experience is not required. We will train you on the legal aspects of the role.
