Job Title: High-Ticket Sales Executive – Premium Renovation & Fit-Out Projects

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Compensation: Base Salary + High Commissions

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and confident High-Ticket Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves selling premium renovation, fit-out, and interior design services, often to clients with larger-scale residential or commercial projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in consultative selling, a good understanding of interior or construction project workflows, and the ability to close high value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and convert high-value client inquiries from various marketing channels.
  • Conduct detailed client consultations and build strong professional relationships.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals with a focus on value and quality.
  • Follow up with leads systematically and close deals to meet monthly targets.
  • Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in high-ticket or B2C/B2B service sales (preferably interiors, real estate, or fit-out).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, well-presented, and comfortable dealing with premium clients.
  • UAE experience and valid driving license are a plus.

Compensation:

  • Base salary (depending on experience)
  • Attractive commissions on closed projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
