Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven Real Estate Sales Investment Consultant to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for professionals who understand property as a financial asset and can guide clients through strategic acquisitions, portfolio growth, and long-term investment planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and promote high-return real estate investment opportunities
• Advise clients on ROI, rental yields, capital appreciation, and market trends
• Conduct property tours and present tailored investment proposals
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and financial advisors
• Negotiate and close investment transactions with professionalism and strategic insight
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and investment tracking tools

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate investment sales, advisory, or financial services
• Strong understanding of property investment metrics and market dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus
• UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and financial modeling tools is an advantage
