Position Overview
We are seeking personable and results-driven Home Sales Consultants to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping clients find the perfect home and who thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You will guide buyers through every step of the home-buying process, from initial consultation to closing, while delivering exceptional service and market expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in identifying suitable residential properties based on their needs and preferences
  • Conduct property tours and provide detailed information on listings, communities, and amenities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers
  • Stay informed on local market trends, pricing strategies, and legal procedures
  • Negotiate and close home sales with professionalism and integrity
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and company tools

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in residential real estate or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage
