High Ticket Weight Loss Sales Closer

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic High Ticket Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for closing sales through in clinic and at times, over the phone. You will engage with potential weight loss clients, and walk them though a proven multi-step progress to get them to their weight loss goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-clinic weight loss consults and close high ticket sales.
• Provided support to existing clients while developing new business opportunities.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and maintain customer relationships.
• Call prospective clients to pre-qualifit then assist with booking appointments.
• Conduct product demos and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies.
• Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth in territory management.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Participate in direct sales initiatives and territory sales planning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, medical experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with GLP weight loss injections and CRM software is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with medical weight loss and body sculpting highly desirable.
• Ability to perform product demonstrations and engage clients effectively.
• Ability to assist in patient rooms including carrying buckets of water for foot detoxes
• A proactive approach to customer service and relationship building. I
