Appointment Setter

Overview
New weight loss clinic seeking a motivated, and experienced Appointment Setter to join our team in Cocoa Beach. In this role, you will be responsible contacting and qualifying leads that come from my marketing efforts

Your primary focus will be setting appointments, utilizing phone calls first, then texting via our CRM. Engage prospects and foster relationships. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and a desire to contribute to business development efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to qualify prospective clients before they come to the clinic.
• Utilize CRM software to manage and disposition leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records of appointments set.
• Engage in warm calling strategies to follow up with leads generated from marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from appointment setting to sales presentations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication and customer service.
• Demonstrate negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure appointments.
• Stay informed about industry trends and technology sales to effectively communicate value propositions.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills in appointment setting and inside sales techniques.
• Must be willing to be crossed trained in the clinic when help is needed.

Skills

• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients.
• Familiarity with CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer interactions.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building rapport with clients.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in business development, outbound calling, marketing strategies, and warm calling techniques is highly desirable.
• A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and adapting to changing market conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
