High Volume Server/Host/Busser in Alpharetta!

Smokejack BBQ is looking for friendly, hardworking servers to join our team! Our servers are responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering great service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food and drinks to tables and ensure guest satisfaction
• Answer menu questions and make recommendations when needed
• Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
• Process payments and handle cash/card transactions correctly
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
