About the Role
The Fulfillment Management Operations Lead Analyst ensures the stability and performance of supplier fulfillment programs by leading daily execution, monitoring program health, and coordinating cross‑functional alignment. Operating at the intersection of analysis, workflow management, and supplier oversight, this role drives consistent, high‑quality operational outcomes while proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and supporting readiness for operational or supplier changes.

What You’ll Do

Lead Daily Fulfillment Operations: Oversee fulfillment workflows, ensuring all task‑based activities and send‑ready materials are delivered by suppliers with accuracy and timeliness.

Drive Supplier Program Performance: Coordinate with suppliers to maintain consistent execution, monitor fulfillment program health, and guide daily operational decision‑making that supports performance, compliance, and continuity.

Champion Quality & Issue Management: Identify issues early, escalate as needed, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement actions that prevent recurrence and improve reliability across supplier ecosystems.

Orchestrate Cross‑Functional Alignment: Serve as a central coordination point across operations teams, campaign partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth handoffs, cohesive execution, and effective communication during expedited changes or program updates.

Support Testing & Readiness: Execute integrated test plans, validate readiness for operational or supplier changes, and ensure quality and accuracy prior to release.

Strengthen Documentation & Governance: Maintain accurate operational documentation, SOPs, and preferences while promoting consistent standards, audit readiness, and process clarity across fulfillment programs.

Identify and Advance Improvements: Apply a continuous improvement mindset to recognize inefficiencies, recommend enhancements, and contribute to scalable process optimization across suppliers and operations.

What You Need to Do the Job
Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

5–7+ years of experience leading supplier programs.
Technical & Analytical Skills

Serve as an expert in fulfillment platforms and supplier performance systems.

Integrate data across multiple suppliers to support advanced performance visibility.
