Hilton Garden Inn Oshkosh Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Guest room work orders
• Minor repairs and maintenance throughout the public areas
• Preventive maintenance of the mechanical systems
• Maintain the curb appeal of the property
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, minor plumbing/minor electrical
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (HVAC / kitchen / water / electrical)
• Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarms / smoke and CO detectors)
• Maintain the pool and spa area
• Report to a facilities or maintenance manager and General Manager for issues
• These positions are not Entry-Level! Experienced Hotel Maintenance required.

Skills

• Experienced with hand and electrical tools
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina and dexterity
• Hotel experience (required)
• Management experience (required)
• State Pool Testing Certification (if you don’t have it – we will pay for the training)
