About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Hindi Teacher to join our team at Brilliant National School. The ideal candidate will inspire young learners to develop strong Hindi language skills while fostering an appreciation for India’s rich linguistic and cultural heritage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging lessons to develop students’ speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension skills in Hindi.
- Integrate Hindi culture, literature, and traditions through storytelling, poems, songs, and cultural activities.
- Prepare creative micro lesson plans and effective teaching materials for interactive learning.
- Use teaching aids and real-life examples to make lessons interesting and relatable.
- Conduct tests, assessments, and assignments to evaluate student progress.
- Collaborate with peers to share best teaching practices and enhance instructional methods.
- Stay updated with modern teaching strategies and tools to improve content delivery.
- Maintain regular and effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
- Participate actively in school events, workshops, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Contribute to the holistic development of students and support the school’s growth initiatives.
Eligibility & Skills:
- B.Ed / Master’s degree in Hindi or a related discipline (mandatory).
- Strong command of spoken and written Hindi, including grammar and literature.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit varied learning styles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in using digital tools for teaching.
- Passionate, creative, and culturally sensitive educator.
