School Teacher Trainer (Primary)

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Trainer with a willingness to travel to other locations for training. The Trainer has to possess excelling communication skills and extensive knowledge in Early Childhood Education and Primary kids with a passion for training teachers.

Role: Full-Time Trainer

Type: In-Person Training

Base Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu

Salary: From Rs. 40,000/- Per Month

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Prepare training content and materials and educate teachers at all levels.

2. Plan and implement effective classroom management practices in the training.

3. Design and implement effective strategies to develop self-responsible and independent teachers.

4. Prepare videos of the training content.

5. Travel to various schools across India as per the requirement of the company.

6. Undertake regular visits to monitor and oversee classes/schools’ overall performance.

7. Observes classroom teaching-learning process and activities and provides on-the-job training and assistance to the teachers.

8. Maintains good working relations with school stakeholders, teachers and principals.

9. Support Teachers and Education Programs to enhance the quality of basic education

Eligibility Any graduate

Experience 3 – 5 years

Languages Tamil,English, Hindi

(Preferable for Immediate Joiner)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Madurai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
