Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and committed Hindi Teacher to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating an engaging learning environment and fostering students’ language development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver interactive Hindi lessons for Primary (Grades 1–5) and Middle School (Grades 6–8) in line with the CBSE curriculum.
• Develop students’ skills in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments in accordance with CBSE guidelines.
• Use creative teaching methods, activities, and digital tools to enhance learning.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Support students with diverse learning needs.
• Prepare students for school assessments and CBSE-based evaluations.
• Participate in school events, co-curricular activities, and staff meetings.

Qualifications (ADEK-Aligned)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi.
• B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) – Mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Primary or Middle School.
• CBSE curriculum experience – Mandatory.
• UAE experience preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong command of the Hindi language and grammar.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to engage young learners effectively.
• Familiarity with smart boards and digital teaching tools.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in the UAE.
• Knowledge of ADEK standards and inspection requirements.
