Job Description: Hindi Teacher – Secondary Section (Classes 6–10)

Position: Hindi Teacher (Secondary)

Classes: VI to X (CBSE / State Board – specify if needed)

Experience Required: Minimum 2–5 years, must include Class 10 board teaching experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Teach Hindi language and literature to students of Classes VI to X, with a strong focus on Class 10 board syllabus and exam preparation.
• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
• Prepare students for board examinations through regular assessments, revisions, worksheets, and mock tests.
• Develop reading, writing, grammar, and comprehension skills among students.
• Evaluate answer scripts, maintain academic records, and provide constructive feedback.
• Use innovative teaching methods, ICT tools, and activity-based learning strategies.
• Participate in academic planning, staff meetings, and school events.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi (BA/MA Hindi).
• B.Ed. is mandatory.
• Proven experience in teaching Class 10 Hindi.
• Familiarity with board examination patterns and evaluation schemes.

Desired Skills:

• Strong command over written and spoken Hindi.
