Job Title: Agency Partner / Lead Generation Partner

Salary: $50,000 – $150,000 (Base + Profit Sharing)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and entrepreneurial individual to become a lead generation partner. You will work closely with our team to launch and run your own agency, with strong earning potential through a base salary and profit-sharing structure.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage your own lead generation agency under our brand or partnership model
  • Generate high-quality leads for our Real Estate Investment Company
  • Collaborate with our internal team to optimize campaigns and performance
  • Monitor and report on results, ensuring growth and profitability

Qualifications:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales and lead generation
  • Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or agency operations preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
