About the Role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Expert & Brand Builder who can take our skincare brand to the next level. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, growth-driven marketer, and a brand strategist who knows how to build digital presence, create viral campaigns, and scale online sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube).
• Plan, build, and manage brand strategies that boost awareness and loyalty.
• Analyze performance metrics, optimize ad spend, and improve ROI.
• Create compelling ad creatives and conversion-focused content.
• Research competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Design influencer marketing strategies for skincare and beauty products.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing and brand strategy (preferably in skincare/beauty).
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
• Understanding of consumer psychology, audience segmentation, and funnel building.
• Ability to create marketing calendars, campaign strategies, and launch plans.
• Excellent communication and creative storytelling skills.
