About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage end-to-end app promotion campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate can create high-quality post creatives, upload reels/videos, run app download campaigns, and handle SEO + performance marketing to drive overall growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Marketing

• Run paid campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram
• Create & upload daily posts, reels, and videos
• Manage brand pages and increase organic engagement
• Develop creative concepts aligned with app branding

App Download Campaigns

• Set up and manage App Install Campaigns (Meta Ads)
• Optimize campaigns for CPI, ROAS, and conversions
• Track & analyze campaign performance using analytics tools

SEO & ASO

• Improve website SEO (On-page & Off-page)
• Manage App Store Optimization for Android & iOS apps
• Perform keyword research, backlinks, and ranking improvements

Performance Marketing

• Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels
• Conduct A/B testing & audience segmentation
• Prepare performance reports and optimize budgets in real time

Requirements

• Proven experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Ability to design basic creatives (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
• Strong understanding of app marketing & install campaigns
• Knowledge of SEO, ASO, and marketing analytics
• Good communication & reporting skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,461.54 - ₹20,000.00 per month
