Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate Intern to join our office in Noida. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to identify business opportunities, assist in lead generation, and help drive company growth through strategic outreach and client engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who wants real-world exposure to business development, sales strategy, client handling, and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other social channels
• Identify and qualify potential customers and business opportunities
• Assist in preparing sales pitches and proposals
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and follow-ups
• Support senior team members in sales closures and client meetings
• Track daily activity reports and performance metrics
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication with prospects

Skills & Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal & written)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Confidence in speaking with clients over phone/email
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work from office in Noida
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
