We are looking for a confident and professional Female Sales Representative to join our online education services team. The ideal candidate must be excellent at communication, lead handling, and building strong client relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle new leads: Convert inquiries into enrolled students through effective communication and follow-up.
- Manage existing clients: Build and maintain long-term relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve sales targets: Promote academy courses and ensure consistent monthly admissions.
- Upsell & cross-sell: Recommend advanced or additional courses where suitable.
- Track and record sales activities: Maintain proper records of leads, conversions, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams: Work closely with CSR and teaching departments to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Handle concerns: Resolve issues with professionalism and timely solutions.
- Maintain quality service: Represent the academy positively with strong service standards.
Requirements:
- Fluent English speaking (mandatory)
- Strong convincing power, negotiation skills, and confidence to close sales
- Excellent soft skills & communication skills
- Customer relationship management & sales experience preferred
- MBA in Customer Relationship, Marketing, or Sales preferred
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle follow-ups
- Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp, Zoom)
Job Details:
- Timing: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Salary: Rs. 40,000 to 50,000 (depending on skills & experience)
