Role Overview
Responsible for driving business growth through B2B partnerships and B2C revenue generation for premium toys, gifts, and kids products.
Role & Responsibilities:
Business Development & Revenue Growth:
Acquire new clients to drive growth
Generate B2B & B2C revenue
Identify new markets and opportunities
Achieve monthly & quarterly targets
B2B Client Acquisition:
Build partnerships (schools, corporates, HR, gifting, events)
Pitch products & customized gifting solutions
Negotiate and close deals
Relationship Management:
Maintain long-term client relationships
Drive repeat business & upselling
Manage key accounts as SPOC
Market Expansion & Strategy:
Monitor competitors & market trends
Share insights with management
Sales Planning & Reporting:
Maintain strong sales pipeline
Track leads, conversions & closures
Submit weekly/monthly reports
Coordinate with internal teams
Key Deliverables:
New B2B tie-ups
Revenue growth

Qualifications & Skills
Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
