Job Details:

Job Location: Mysore (5 Days Work from Office- Mandatory)

Qualification: MBA with Human Resources (Full Time)

All Education 10th, 12th, Graduation & PG must be Full time

Experience: 4-7 Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner to 60 Days

Shifts: General Shifts

Job Level: 4B

Note:

✅Candidate should have excellent proficiency in Oral & written communication.

✅MBA in Human Resources (Full time education, No overlapping experience with education)

✅Must have experience in onboarding/ induction of bulk candidates on daily basis / weekly basis.

✅This role requires to be all 5 days WFO and manage emergencies which would be any time of the day/night. (Hence 24/7 availability).

Role Overview:

✅The Mysore DC role involves managing a high volume of activities, including induction and onboarding, post-joining engagement, trainee management, emergency handling with 24/7 availability, employee engagement and wellness initiatives, rewards, compliance, audits, and more.

✅We are looking for a strong individual with the necessary skills to handle end-to-end BAU activities, with minimal support.

Responsibilities:

✅Employee Onboarding

✅Employee Engagement

✅Driving culture and values, creating a positive work environment

✅Recognition and Employee care programs including health and wellness

✅Workplace grievance handling and conflict resolution

✅Disciplinary case investigations

✅Employee Emergency management

✅Driving DC level initiatives etc.,

✅Ensure compliance of the processes and audit management - BCMS, ISMS, QMS, HSE, Data privacy etc.
