Job Purpose
To drive business growth in the Iran market by identifying new opportunities, promoting API and technology-based solutions, and managing key customer relationships to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities in the Iran pharmaceutical market

Promote and sell API and technology-based products/solutions to pharma customers

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and strategic partners

Lead techno-commercial discussions including technical scope, pricing, and commercial terms

Coordinate with technical, regulatory, quality, and supply chain teams to support sales activities

Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and commercial offers

Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives and compliance standards

Track market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities in the Iran market

Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives

Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
Candidate Profile / Qualifications

8–12 years of experience in Business Development and Sales within the API pharmaceutical segment

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience handling the Iran market

Strong existing network with pharma customers in generic and specialty segments

Proven experience traveling to and managing customers in the Iran market

Strong techno-commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work cross-functionally with regulatory, technical, and supply chain teams

MBA in Marketing / International Business (preferred)
