Job Position: HR Team Leader
Location: Goregaon West
Experience: Minimum 5 years (with at least 2 years of team handling experience)
Industry Preference: Non-IT (not from BPO or blue-collared recruitment)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 5–10 recruiters to achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets.
- Work extensively on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for sourcing and recruitment activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client management – understanding requirements, ensuring delivery, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection).
- Achieve both team targets and contribute as an individual recruiter when required.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and ensure high productivity.
- Prepare recruitment reports and share insights with management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience** with at least 2 years of team handling experience.
- Must have managed a team of 5–10 recruiters.
- Strong experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
- Proven track record in client management and working on strict targets.
- Experience in Non-IT recruitment (not from BPO or blue-collared hiring).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance team leadership and individual contribution.
