Hiring for Warehouse Manager @Dubai

We are hiring for a Warehouse Manager role for Dubai location with minimum 2-3 years of experience in the Interior Design industry.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of furniture, décor items, and materials used in interior design projects. This role ensures inventory accuracy, timely deliveries to project sites, proper handling of high-value/fragile items, and smooth coordination with procurement, design, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure safe handling, proper storage, and protection of furniture, fixtures, and delicate interior design materials.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards in the warehouse.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Conduct periodic stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations with system records.
• Implement effective inventory management practices to minimize damages and losses.
• Plan dispatch schedules in line with project timelines.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Train and guide team members on handling fragile/high-value items.
• Enforce company policies, safety rules, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics management, preferably in interior design, furniture, or construction materials industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle high-value, fragile items with care and implement safety protocols.

• Time management and ability to work under deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management software.
