Hiring full-time Dermatologist Or GP General physician Aesthetic

About Us:
Bright Smile Medical Center is one of the largest modern medical facilities in Al Ain, with 28 active treatment rooms and 26 full-time doctors and specialists. We are a busy and fast-expanding multispecialty center with a high daily patient flow.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Dermatologist or General Physician (Aesthetic Medicine) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in non-surgical cosmetic and aesthetic procedures and committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a professional setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform aesthetic and cosmetic procedures including Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and other non-surgical treatments.
• Provide consultations, develop treatment plans, and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with a team of specialists in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with medical regulations.

Requirements:

• Medical degree with valid license to practice in the UAE (or eligibility).
• Proven experience in aesthetic and cosmetic medicine.
• Strong knowledge of Botox, fillers, chemical peels, and related procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic, and patient-focused approach.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Full-time exclusive contract with attractive incentives.
• Minimum AED 40,000 monthly incentives (average); higher earnings possible based on performance.
