Bright Smile Medical Center, one of Al Ain’s leading and fastest-growing multispecialty medical facilities, is looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our Human Resources Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR department.
  • Maintain employee records, files, and documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Handle correspondence, data entry, and general office coordination.
  • Support HR activities such as recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administrative or HR support roles (healthcare experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude and professional presentation.
