HR Coordinator

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Coordinator, located in Al Ain. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, the HR Coordinator will manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to address employee concerns and inquiries effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Strong understanding of employee relations and compliance with company policies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and interact with employees at all levels
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus
