Job Title: HR Manager

Salary: AED 2,000 – 3,000 per month (depending on experience)

About the Role

A reputable healthcare group in the UAE is looking for an experienced HR manager who will be able to handle both human resources and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of HR experience in the UAE along with strong accounting knowledge and practical experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR compliance
• Handle accounting operations including bookkeeping, expense tracking, and reporting
• Prepare payroll, manage accounts payable/receivable, and reconcile financial records
• Support management with both HR and financial planning activities

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE
• Proven experience in accounting and financial management
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Immediate joiners preferred
