In this role, you will play a crucial part in sourcing and hiring a large volume of skilled workers for our apparel division, ensuring alignment with our company’s standards and culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the apparel sector.
- Manage mass hiring campaigns, from job posting through to onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and build targeted job descriptions.

- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR recruitment, specifically in the apparel industry.
- Proven experience in mass hiring and large-scale recruitment campaigns.
