Hiring HR Executive & HR Manager – US Based B2B Firm

Job Description:

1 Stop Technologies, a fast-growing US-based B2B firm, is looking for HR Executive & HR Manager to join our team in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the complete HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring).

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

• Maintain HR policies, employee records, and compliance requirements.

• Conduct onboarding, training, and employee development programs.

• Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.

• Coordinate with management for workforce planning and retention strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2–5 years of relevant HR experience (for Executive); 5+ years (for Manager).

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, recruitment, and labor laws.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, US-shift environment.

Location:

1 Stop Technologies, near Tim Hortons, Phase 7, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi

Compensation:

Rs. 70,000 – 110,000 (based on experience & role)

Timings:

5 PM – 2 AM (US Shift)

On-Site (No Remote Option)
