Hiring in Dubai garage – Senior Mechanic, Service Advisor, Automotive Senior Accountant

Top Challenger Garage is expanding, and we are looking for motivated and experienced staff to join our team.

1. Senior Mechanic

Must have strong experience in automotive repair and maintenance.

Valid UAE Driving License is required.

Ability to diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and deliver high-quality service.

2. Service Advisor

Acts as the link between customers and the workshop.

Must have excellent communication skills (Arabic, Urdu, and English preferred).

Responsible for preparing job cards, explaining repair requirements, and keeping customers updated.

Ensures customer satisfaction by providing clear, honest, and timely service.

3. Automotive Senior Accountant

Must have proven accounting experience in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities include:

Issuing bills to customers and following up on payments

Managing bank transactions and account records

Handling invoicing, expenses, payroll, and financial reporting

Managing stock and spare parts accounting

Must be detail-oriented, logical, and able to take responsibility for the financial management of the garage.
