Senior Estimation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimation Engineer with a strong background in pricing and cost estimation for interior fit-out projects/ Industrial Projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the UAE market, with proven expertise in preparing competitive quotations, tender submissions, and accurate cost breakdowns for high-quality fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out works. Conduct site visits if necessary.

Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material take-offs, and detailed pricing sheets.

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations and ensure cost efficiency.

Evaluate tender documents and prepare cost proposals in line with company standards and client requirements.

Ensure estimates are completed within deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Collaborate with the project team, design department, and procurement team for cost optimization and value engineering.

Review and analyze post-tender clarifications and contract award negotiations.

Keep up to date with UAE market trends, material prices, and supplier database.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in estimation and pricing for interior fit-out projects (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and construction methods/ Industrial Projects.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimation software.

Excellent negotiation skills with suppliers and subcontractors.

Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority approval processes.

Experience in high-end commercial, retail, and residential fit-out projects.

Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously.

Salary & Benefits: Commensurate with experience and market standards.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
