Hiring lady administrator to Beauty clinic in JVC

Clinic Administrator – Beauty & Aesthetic Clinic | JVC, Dubai

We are looking for a female Clinic Administrator to join our modern and professional beauty and aesthetic clinic located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai.

Salary: AED 5,500 per month
Employment Type: Full-time
Visa: Candidate must be on their own visa (husband/father visa)

MUST HAVE VERY STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN CLINICAL ENVIRONMENT OR DIRECT DEALINGS WITH DHA REGULATIONS AND PROCEDURES.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily clinic operations and front-desk reception
• Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments through the CRM system
• Handle inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Maintain accurate patient records and prepare daily reports
• Support doctors, therapists, and management to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Perform general administrative and reporting tasks as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a clinic or beauty center (administrative or front desk roles)
• Excellent communication skills in English/Russian (spoken and written)
• Proficient in Excel and CRM systems
• Highly organized, professional, and customer-focused
• Presentable, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Must be on own visa (husband/father visa)
