Our client is seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Analyst – 16+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent analytical abilities, and the communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Extensive knowledge of IT standards, principles, concepts, methods, policies, and system testing practices
• Strong understanding of system approaches related to database management
• Proficiency in analytical methods, requirement analysis, and problem-solving practices
• Hands-on experience with relational database technologies
• Ability to create metadata/data dictionaries and design/implement reports
• Experience creating database views for live data feeds and developing data-driven dashboards
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience managing small IT projects with minimal oversight
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and collaboration with data architects for schema design
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) system operations and maintenance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong skills in data analysis and SQL development
