YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Screen & interview potential team members
• Confirm shifts, manage scheduling, and ensure coverage
• Conduct spot checks and field evaluations to maintain quality
• Go over SOPs in person with members and teams
• Report, document, and communicate daily with leadership

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in management, operations, or security (a plus)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Sharp attention to detail with solid problem-solving ability
• Reliable, disciplined, and professional at all times
• Must be willing to sign Non-Compete & Confidentiality Agreements
