The Opportunity

We’re looking for a doctor who’s ready to move beyond clinical practice and shape the next chapter of healthcare delivery in India.

As Manager - Medical Affairs & Programs, you’ll sit at the intersection of medicine, technology, and business, bringing clinical depth to strategic decisions while helping us scale new programs that improve patient outcomes.

This is a role for someone who wants to build, lead, and influence, not just execute.

What You’ll Lead

• Medical Content & Education: Design and review accurate, credible medical content and learning modules for patients, doctors, and partners.
• Compliance & Governance: Own the medical compliance process for medicines and patient services; ensure all initiatives meet the highest clinical and ethical standards.
• Consultation Programs: Help architect the operations and workflows for virtual doctor consultations, setting up best practices and ensuring compliance.
• Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to bring medical insight into brand narratives, processes, and decisions.

What You’ll Bring

• MBBS (mandatory); higher qualifications in pharmacology, healthcare management, or digital health are a plus.
• Strong interest in healthcare systems, strategy, or business operations.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented, structured thinker with execution bias.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine curiosity about how healthcare businesses scale.
