About the Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on SEO Specialist who can manage on-page SEO, content writing/blogging, guest posting, Google Business Profile, and basic social content. This role is focused on quality SEO, not spammy link building or backlink farms.

Responsibilities:

On-Page SEO & Site Health

* Keyword research & content/topic planning

* Optimize meta tags, headings, internal links, schema, and Core Web Vitals (with devs)

* Run SEO & competitive analysis via SEMrush

* Conduct site audits (crawlability, indexation, redirects, etc.)

Content, Blogging & Guest Posting

* Write or co-create blogs, landing page copy, FAQs, etc.

* Manage outreach & free high-quality guest posting (no paid link farms)

* Ensure E-E-A-T (expertise, author credibility, citations)

Google Business Profile (Local SEO)

* Optimize profile, categories, services, posts & reviews

* Maintain NAP consistency & local citations

Social Media & Light Design

* Create and publish social posts to support content & brand

* Create simple visuals in Canva

Analytics & Reporting

* Work in GA4 & Google Search Console

* Monitor keyword rankings, CTR, and performance

* Run SEO experiments & report insights

Requirements (2–3 Years Experience):

* Strong on-page SEO + content writing/blogging

* SEMrush, GSC, GA4 knowledge

* Guest posting outreach experience

* Canva basics

* Understanding of Local SEO & Google Business Profile

* WordPress familiarity

* Organized and detail-oriented

Nice to Have:

* Style guide or SEO playbook experience

* Structured data familiarity

* Experience supporting product/sales content
