Clinic / Practice Manager (Aesthetic / Dermatology Clinic)

Location :- Oman

• Ideal candidate would be able to understand SOP/ Profit & Loss / Public Relations / Patient & Diplomatic
• Looking for Arabic speakers
• Proper Management background is required.,
• Person from Nursing background would be an advantage.
• Able to handle Ministry of Health Matters
• Able to handle employees including doctors

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's and/or Master's in Healthcare/Medical Administration (or equivalent). Relevant experience may substitute for education.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years in a supervisory role within healthcare.
• Gender Requirement: Female candidate due to job nature.
• Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with patient care methods, medical terminology, clinical procedures, and equipment.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in medical IT systems (e.g., EHR, telemedicine, ERP). Knowledge of Clinic Management Systems like Zenoti is a plus.
• Quality Improvement: Experience in medical quality improvement initiatives.
• Cultural Competence: Ability to work with diverse nationalities.
• Professionalism: Strong integrity, dependability, and teamwork orientation.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication; strong team contribution mindset.
