We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing and Graphic Design Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in digital marketing, content strategy, and graphic design. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering impactful campaigns across various platforms, enhancing brand presence, and driving measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies and content campaigns
• Design high-quality visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Create and manage PPC videos, display ads, and YouTube campaigns via Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Run data-driven social media campaigns across key platforms (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Develop and implement effective email and SMS marketing strategies to boost engagement and sales
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business goals
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and apply best practices
• Generate reports with actionable insights to guide marketing decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in executing digital marketing and content strategies
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Demonstrated success in managing PPC, Display, and YouTube ad campaigns
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and strategy execution
• Experience in email and SMS marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Creative, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player with a proactive approach

Nice to Have (Preferred)

• Experience in motion graphics or video editing
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
• Background in eCommerce or retail marketing
