Qualifications & Requirements:

• OEM Certification in HVAC, Elevators, or Laundry/Kitchen Equipment (preferred multiple certifications).
• Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience in healthcare electromechanical systems.
• Strong knowledge of infection control standards, healthcare facility compliance, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.
• Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and communication skills.

Key Competencies:

• Technical expertise with hospital-grade HVAC, elevators, and laundry/kitchen systems.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a hospital environment.
