Electrical Site Engineer : About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to support a high-impact project for a duration of 1year. The role involves the design, development, testing, and implementation of electrical systems aligned with project requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project-based work, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and components for the project.
• Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (mechanical, civil, automation, etc.) for integrated system development.
• Manage electrical load calculations, equipment selection, and cost estimation.
• Supervise or inspect on-site electrical work and provide technical support.
• Prepare regular progress reports and documentation for internal and client reviews.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant work experience (project experience preferred)
• Certifications: [Optional – include if needed, e.g., Licensed PE, safety training]
• Proficient in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, EPLAN, etc.)
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, circuits, protection systems, and standards (e.g., IEC, NEC)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work on-site, including occasional travel if required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., solar energy, substations, HVAC systems, PLCs, etc.]
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
• Knowledge of sustainability and energy efficiency practices

Driving License - Qatar Driving License Mandatory.
