Junior Planning Engineer

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Planning Engineer to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate will support project planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities, ensuring that projects are executed within scope, time, and budget. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and updating project schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management and clients.
• Support in resource allocation, cost estimation, and baseline scheduling.
• Identify potential risks and delays, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of project goals.
• Maintain proper documentation for project planning and control.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Knowledge of planning and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a consultancy environment.
