What You'll Be Doing

Engage with clients to understand their property needs and deliver tailored solutions
Organize and host property viewings (residential & commercial)
Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
Build strong, lasting client relationships for repeat and referral business
✍️ Lead property negotiations and close successful deals
Create marketing strategies that showcase listings and boost brand visibility
Meet — and exceed — your sales targets!

✅ What We’re Looking For

✔️ Minimum 2 years’ experience in real estate or a related sales role
✔️ Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and property valuation
✔️ Excellent communication and networking skills — English required, Arabic is a plus
✔️ Proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships
✔️ High level of self-motivation, professionalism, and integrity
✔️ Proficiency with real estate platforms & digital marketing tools
✔️ A valid UAE driving license is a must
