Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in the UAE property market (sales or leasing).
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends, communities, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a competitive environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and generate new leads for property sales and rentals.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.
• Promote property listings through company channels and networking.
• Negotiate and close deals with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM system.
