Hours: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee daily cleaning operations; implement efficient schedules and protocols.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate cleaning staff; manage manpower allocation.
• Client Relations: Main client liaison; handle feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Compliance & Documentation: Enforce safety standards; maintain MSDS, SOPs, and training records.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain equipment; improve methods and materials.
• Budget Management: Prepare/manage budgets; optimize resource use.
• Training: Organize BICSc and safety trainings; promote performance culture.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in cleaning ops (3+ years in GCC)
• Strong knowledge of cleaning practices and team management
• SOP & MSDS expertise; BICSc training a plus
• Arabic speaker (read/write); English proficiency required
• Must be locally available in Qatar with transferable visa & NOC
• Arabic male or female candidates preferred
