Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the Projects Department for Fire Protection Systems.

· Plan, organize, and execute projects in compliance with company standards and client requirements.

· Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and resources.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

· Provide technical expertise and resolve project-related issues efficiently.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry codes, and quality standards.

· Mentor and guide project engineers and staff to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

· Proven experience (minimum 8–10 years) in managing fire protection projects, preferably within the GCC.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.

· In-depth knowledge of NFPA, Civil Defense regulations, and international fire protection standards.

· Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and deliver results.
