About the Role

Join our growing team at Astral Finch Marketing! We’re hiring motivated Call Center Agents for our US-based Life Insurance Campaign.
Your job is simple — connect with customers, ask a few qualifying questions, and transfer them to our closing team.

No selling – just professional conversations!
Earn up to PKR 40,000/month + long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to US homeowners.
• Ask few qualifying questions (script provided).
• Transfer 3–4 valid calls daily to our closers.
• Maintain call records and follow basic reporting.

What We’re Looking For

Fluent English (MUST)
6–12 months of call center experience
Experience with Vicidial preferred
Confident, punctual, and goal-oriented
Must have own laptop, internet, and headset

Perks & Pay

• Salary: PKR 35,000 – 40,000/month (based on performance)
• Timings: 6 PM – 3 AM PKT (US timings)
• Off Days: Saturday & Sunday
• Bonuses for consistent performance

Training & Trial Period (IMPORTANT)

• 2 days of paid training will be provided.
